"Han Xizai's Night Banquet", according to the "Xuanhe Painting Book" of the Song Dynasty, is the work of Gu Hongzhong, a painter of the Southern Tang Dynasty in the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms. The existing copy was copied in the Southern Song Dynasty, Tang Gao's "Painting Review" of the Yuan Dynasty, Sun Chengze's "Gengzi" of the Qing Dynasty They are all recorded in books such as "Xiao Xia Ji", Gu Fu's "A Spectacular Life", and "The First Edition of Shiqu Baoji". It escaped from the palace in the late Qing Dynasty. In 1945, Zhang Daqian bought it with a huge sum of 500 taels of gold, and it is now stored in the Palace Museum in Beijing. According to records, Zhou Wenju of the Southern Tang Dynasty also wrote "Han Xizai's Night Banquet". Both works existed in the Yuan Dynasty, and only the Gu version survives today. There is also a copy by Tang Yin, which is now collected in the China Three Gorges Museum in Chongqing.
